  • how to review individual risk scores

Step-by-step: How Company Health Score works

Step 1: Search for a company

  • Start by searching for any company in your network.
  • Use the main search bar to find the company you want to analyze.
  • Select the exact entity from the search results.

Step 2: Navigate to Value Chain

  • After selecting your company, click on the Value Chain tab.
  • The value chain visualization will load, showing the company and its network.
  • Your selected company appears in the center as Tier 0 / Start Company.

Step 3: View the Company Healthscore panel

  • When you select a company in the value chain, the Company Healthscore panel appears on the right.
  • The panel shows the overall score with its current outlook (e.g., "Positive Outlook").
  • A color-coded gradient bar displays the score from -100 to 100.

Step 4: Review individual risk scores

Below the overall score, you'll see six individual risk dimensions:

  • Compliance: Regulatory violations, sanctions, legal issues
  • Cyber: Data breaches, security incidents, vulnerabilities
  • Financial: Financial health, bankruptcy risk, payment issues
  • Operational: Disruptions, strikes, capacity issues
  • ESG: Environmental, social, and governance issues
  • Regional: Geopolitical risk, country-level instability

Each score:

  • Shows current value with color coding (red = high risk, green = low risk)
  • Updates daily based on analysis of 2M+ global media sources
  • Displays trend direction to show if risk is increasing or decreasing

Step 5: Explore the events driving the scores

  • Scroll down below the scores to see event cards.
  • Each card summarizes what happened and which risk dimension it affects.
  • Events include recommended actions (e.g., "Initiate External Information Request").
  • Some events may show "No step required" if they're informational only.
