A little anecdote:

Early in my career, an interviewer asked me to rank life's priorities.

I replied: "First, healthy human relationships (love, friendship, community, etc.)."

They assumed: "Oh, so money comes second then?"
I answered: "No, health is second. If you're well surrounded, you're more likely to get help with financial issues, and you generally heal better."

With hesitation, they asked: "And in third place?"
Seeing their destabilized expression, I replied: "OK, money."

Several years later, I came across an article about the Roseto Effect :)

I studied computer science. What did that bring me?
  • Logical thinking
  • Algorithmic structuring
  • Understanding deeper root causes of problems
  • Attention to detail and its importance

I evolved in Project Management and Delivery Management. What did I discover?
  • The importance of the human factor
  • The value of clear communication
  • Prioritization
  • The power of negotiation (client & provider perspectives)

My involvement with nonprofit platforms and volunteer work allowed me to:
  • Build bridges between different environments and entities
  • Expand my professional network

Lean Management — a philosophy I practise everywhere!
  • Guided by common sense
  • Highlighting human potential and talent
  • Striving for simplicity (eliminating non-value activities)
  • Growing skills through collective intelligence
  • Key practices: Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, continuous improvement, Gemba

Multiculturalism: What has it taught me?

My mixed heritage offers insights into different ways of thinking and perceiving, allowing me to appreciate diverse values and build a richer perspective by integrating the best from each culture.

And finally, Myself and Semantic Visions

Joining Semantic Visions is an exciting opportunity to merge my diverse skills (technical, managerial, interpersonal) and curiosity with the company's focus on linguistics, AI, and ML within its supportive, international environment.
