Kile Sears is the Strategic Partner for U.S. Intelligence Solutions at Semantic Visions, where he leads U.S. market strategy, government partnerships, and defense-focused applications of the company’s AI-enabled open-source intelligence platform. His work centers on early warning, influence-operations detection, supply-chain threat analysis, and defense-industrial-base security. He brings over 15 years of experience in intelligence, cyber risk, and national security, including service as a U.S. Army All-Source Intelligence Officer, Infantryman, and Sniper. Kile served as a Senior Intelligence Advisor to NATO’s Joint Multinational Training Group–Ukraine, supporting Ukrainian forces. During this mission, he alone, received personal recognition from the late Colonel Serhii Kotenko, Hero of Ukraine, for his contributions to multinational training. In the U.S. defense enterprise, Kile has led cyber and telecommunications risk initiatives at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), contributed to Insider Threat and Intelligence Policy at the Pentagon, and conducted national-security intelligence analysis at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, focusing on current and emerging threats to the homeland. He has also developed intelligence-led risk frameworks supporting critical infrastructure protection and defense industrial base resilience. Kile holds a B.S. from Indiana University, is completing a Master’s in Applied Intelligence at Georgetown University, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
