Kile Sears brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of intelligence, risk, cybersecurity, and strategic business development. A former U.S. Army Officer and senior advisor within the Department of Defense, he has led multinational teams on NATO missions in Ukraine, driven cyber risk policy at the Defense Information Systems Agency, Insider Threat Policy at the Pentagon, and delivered operational risk frameworks for the Department of Defense. At Semantic Visions, Kile leads U.S. market strategy and partnerships, including the company’s collaboration with Carahsoft. He advises on go-to-market design, defense and intelligence use cases, and product framing for public sector adoption. His work ensures that Semantic Visions’ AI-powered OSINT capabilities align with national security, supply chain, and critical infrastructure missions. Kile offers a consultancy focused on intelligence analysis and strategy, and has supported clients across OSINT, defense, and enterprise technology. He holds a Master’s in Applied Intelligence (Cybersecurity-focus) from Georgetown University, is a Certified Private Investigator, and maintains multiple cybersecurity and project management certifications (CAPM, CySA+, Security+). Fluent in English and Spanish.
