Key Responsibilities
· Prospecting & LeadGeneration – Research and engage with potential clients in target industries and regions.
· Client Acquisition – Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to deal closure.
· Consultative Selling – Understand client challenges and propose tailored data solutions.
· Pipeline Management – Maintain active pipeline in our CRM (Pipedrive) with clear reporting.
· Cross-team Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Delivery to ensure smooth onboarding.
· Market Intelligence – Stay on top of industry trends, competition, and client needs.
· Performance – Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Fluent in English (min. B2 level)
· Some experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (preferred, not required)
· Strong interest in data, analytics, or SaaS solutions
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a drive to win
· Comfortable using: CRM tools (Pipedrive – training provided), LinkedIn (Sales Navigator a plus), Email outreach platforms (e.g., Apollo or similar), Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Nice to Have
· Existing network in finance, retail, supply chain, or advertising sectors
· Experience in startups or high-growth environments
· Passion for the data and analytics industry
